| Arthur G. "Jerry" Richards, Jr. received a B.S. from Clemson University and a M.S. from California Lutheran University. He served five and one half years in the United States Army as an Infantry Captain and helicopter pilot. He served 29 and one half years as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation with duty stations in Omaha, Nebraska; Burlington, Iowa; Los Angeles, California and Knoxville, Tennessee. Over the years, Jerry had investigative experience in most criminal matters under the FBI's jurisdiction including: narcotics investigations, personal crimes, white collar crime and corruption of public officials. He graduated the Department of Defense Polygraph Institute and served as the FBI regional polygraph coordinator for Knoxville and surrounding divisions. Since his retirement, Jerry served as the Deputy Director for the Appalachia HIDTA, a federally funded drug program under the Office of National Drug Control Policy and established Jerry Richards & Associates, LLC, a private investigations/polygraph firm. |
